Westridge Shopping Centre is a Toowoomba based shopping centre that with the assistance of dms CREATiVE has incorporated digital design and production into their
digital marketing
and promotional mix.
dms CREATiVE carried out in-store and online activations aimed towards a broad target audience maximising messaging across platforms. This multidimensional campaign for a large shopping centre, saw the email database grow from 0 – 9,500 in under 3 weeks, including 1,500 entries in a Facebook competition.
In addition to driving sales and traffic for the Centre over Christmas, a key objective of this campaign was to create an email database of regular customers and a highly engaged Facebook fan base through the use of a Sweepstakes competition via a custom app.
dms CREATiVE successfully developed these critical digital design and production elements to then be used as the foundation for further marketing activations, across various platforms. The successful execution of these elements enabled a strong basis for further online communication, whether it be website, social or eNews, as well as print campaigns.
